Heart & Sole Kickoff!
A “Heart & Sole” kickoff event will be held on April 10th at First Presbyterian Church located at 550 University Blvd. The walk will wind through the beautiful University of Oklahoma campus and will be lead by Mayor Cindy Rosenthal. Registration will begin at 8:30 on April 10th followed by the walk at 9:00 a.m.

Heart and Sole – The first step to improving your health!
Lace up your sneakers and get ready to step up your activity through the Heart and Sole walking program!

What is Heart and Sole?
Heart and Sole is a community-wide six-week walking program aimed at getting people moving toward better health. 

Who can participate?
Individuals, families, friends, co-workers, teams and individuals, 18 years of age and older, can participate after signing a release of liability. Heart and Sole participants can register as an individual or team (teams must have five or more members), $10 per participant. After September 29th, 2008. Participants can record their daily steps online as well as find information and tools to help them make healthy lifestyle choices.

What are the prize levels?
All participants completing the program requirements with step counts qualifying them for a step level will be eligible for one of over 900 prizes!!! The step levels are:
