Join Healthy Community for a Walk ‘N Talk with Mayor Rosenthal
These monthly walks, sponsored by Norman Regional Health System, are a great opportunity to: talk with the Mayor; learn more about Norman; meet other community members; and take a scenic walk! The Walk ‘N Talks are free and open to the public. All pets must be on a leash. Join Mayor Cindy Rosenthal for these monthly walks and help create a healthier Norman!

Little Sprouts Presents: Healthy Snacks for Winter Weather

The weather outside is frightful, so bring your little sprout out to the Norman Regional Education Center for a fun-filled morning for the entire family!
You and your children will learn tips to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into their diet, receive healthy winter recipes, make a healthy snack, and much more!!

Healthy Community Leadership Awards Nominations
The goal of the Healthy Community Coalition is to improve the community’s health, focusing on four nationally recognized health concerns: Hypertension, Obesity/Overweight; Smoking and Lack of Physical Exercise. The purpose of the Healthy Community Leadership Awards is to honor those individuals and organizations that have supported this effort by demonstrating exemplary leadership in community and employee health.
