Heart and Sole is a community-wide walking program for all individuals and families 18 years of age and older. A fun 6-week program beginning April 11, 2010 and ending May 23rd.
Early Bird Registration is March 15th through April 9th. The cost is $10.00 per person and includes a T-Shirt (while supplies last).
